1. To reserve the property, the client should send email confirmation. Once the owner has acknowledged and confirmed this request 30% of the total rental costs, as a non refundable deposit, must be transferred within 5 days. The owner will send email confirmation of the booking and the deposit, which is the acceptance of the booking.
  2. The remaining balance and security deposit is due 1 month prior to your arrival date. If this payment is not received by the set date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking, the client is still liable for the full payment. Any bookings made 5 weeks or less prior to the rental period must be paid in full on reservation.
  3. The security deposit of either £100 or 150 Euros is needed in case of damage to the property or its contents. The balance of this deposit will be sent to you within 2 weeks after your stay.
  4. In the event of a cancellation, the client is liable for all charges, the owner will endeavour to re-let the property and if successful will refund the original rental fee less expenses or losses. We strongly advise that you take out appropriate travel insurance. This insurance needs to be arranged by guests from an insurer selected by them at the guests’ expense.
  5. The properties are available from 3pm on the start date and must be vacated by 11 am on the leaving date, these times will be rigidly enforced to guarantee the quality of presentation of the properties.
  6. We have a non-smoking policy for the properties and request that all in the party honour this.
  7. The client should report to the owner any problems, including equipment etc. where upon appropriate action will be taken to correct the problem.
  8. The owner can not be held responsible for defects or stoppages in public supply, or for anything beyond the control of the owner.
  9. Should any problems arise that effect the property and cause it to be unlettable, the owner will notify the client and refund their money within 7 days. Under no circumstances shall the owner be liable to the client for any amount exceeding the amount paid to the owner for the rental of the property.
  10. The owner requests that the client and the party treat the property with care, leaving it clean and tidy. Should there be any problems they will be dealt with by the owner and any costs will be deducted from the security deposit. The client is also asked to ensure there is no disturbance caused to those in neighbouring properties. Care has been taken to present these properties at their best and we look forward to welcoming you and your party to Lagrasse.
  11. The pool is solar heated so the temperature will depend on the climate at that time.
