The Grenier Apartment so called for its location within the converted loft is a unique and spacious apartment on the top floor of our 13th century house with 2 large double bedrooms sleeping 4–5.
The beamed Master bedroom has a hand crafted Emperor bed made by Guy and an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom has twin beds, a double day bed, en-suite with glass sink, WC and bath with shower over. The twins can be made up as a double if required.
Both bedrooms lead to the centre of the apartment where you will find the bespoke, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is built from wood found during the renovation of the house and with the original loft beams. adds character to this attractive yet functional space.
The comfortably furnished lounge looks down to the walled garden and has Sky TV and DVD player. The Grenier and garden has free 18MB wifi and the apartment has reverse conditioning.
The apartment also includes access to the communal garden. The garden contains 3 x BBQ areas, a pizza oven, 5 terraced areas, a grassy lawn and to top it all off a solar heated swimming pool with decked area. All of this is nestled within the original medieval stonewalls of our courtyard providing secluded privacy from the outside world.

Please note, The Grenier is situated on the 2nd floor so is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility or toddlers.
